Technology is great for keeping you organized, on time, and up to speed – but it can be a real drag on your body. Don’t believe me? Then I invite you to check out this infographic that shows just how bad sitting on your butt all day really is.
In an effort to counteract this process, it’s probably a good idea to for us “techies” to do our best to keep in shape. I can’t say enough about programs like Couch to 5K but honestly, that’s where my expertise ends. In short, I have no expertise. For that, I’d invite you to check out a couple of links that I’ve added recently to the link section at the bottom of my site’s page.
It is in this link section that you can visit a couple of blogs belonging to people who DO know what they’re talking about. I have posted this in my “Off Topic Friday” section but the more I think about it, technology and fitness kind of go hand in hand. Those of us who sit on our butts all day could use a little motivation, and for the fitness gurus of the world there are some great “apps” to help with interval training, running…you name it.
